/Programme Overview

MS in Global Hospitality and Experience Management is a specialised postgraduate programme designed to create the next generation of Global Hospitality Leaders, Experience Managers, and Service Innovators who can conceptualise, design, deliver and scale world-class guest experiences. The programme blends Hospitality Operations, Service Design, Customer Experience (CX), Digital Technologies, Sustainability, Analytics, and Entrepreneurship into an integrated academic and industry-oriented curriculum. The programme is offered by School of Global Studies, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) in partnership with UCAM University, Spain.
